PC Won’t Boot After Enabling Secure Boot – What Can I Do?

I updated my BIOS successfully, but then I ran into trouble when trying to play Valorant. It insisted that I enable UEFI Secure Boot. I checked the BIOS settings, and it showed secure boot was already enabled, so I disabled it and tried to re-enable it after rebooting. However, it asked for a project key. I found the default project key online and used that to re-enable secure boot. After saving the changes and exiting the BIOS, my PC fails to boot. The fans and components are running, but there's no display, and peripherals connected to USB are receiving power. Could my motherboard be bricked? I'm using a Gigabyte A620I AX Rev 1.0 with F34 BIOS version. What should I do?

Have you tried resetting the CMOS? You can usually do this by finding the button on the motherboard or using the pins. If you’re stuck, just removing the battery for a couple of minutes can help reset things. But make sure you disconnect the power first!

I reset the CMOS, but it's still not working.

Be careful about using random security keys you find online for your BIOS! It’s better to select a factory default key if there's an option for that in your BIOS. Using a different key might mess with your Windows settings since it relies on the initial configuration. Make sure to check for a restore option as well.

I thought I picked the earlier key option from the BIOS, but maybe I need to look again.
