Trouble Connecting to Wifi on My PC

Hey everyone! I'm having a weird issue with my Windows 11 PC that I've had for about four years. It's primarily for drawing and some gaming, and I've always used an Ethernet connection, but I also had a WiFi adapter installed just in case. Recently, my Ethernet cable stopped working and I haven't replaced it yet. My room is kind of far from the router, so the connection can be a bit slow sometimes but it was working fine yesterday. This morning, I tried reconnecting to the WiFi, but I got messages saying things like 'DHCP server is not responding' and 'can't reach the default gateway'. It says I'm connected to WiFi, but I'm not able to do anything online. I've tried looking for solutions online, checking for Windows updates, and updating my network drivers, but nothing has worked. I'm worried I might have to replace the adapter, but I'm tight on funds right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Oh, and just to clarify, my other devices are connecting fine to the router, it seems to be just my PC that's having issues.

Since it was working fine yesterday, maybe something was added or moved near your setup? It could be that something is blocking the WiFi signal now. Have you shifted anything around your PC or router recently?

I did move a picture frame close to the router, but I moved the PC slightly too to try and get a better signal, but that didn’t seem to help.

It sounds like your PC is having a hard time staying connected to the router. Try to see if your other WiFi devices work well in the same area as your computer. That could help isolate if it's the computer or the connection.

Yeah, the other devices work just fine in my room, but my PC is the only one having issues right now.
