I'm new to building PCs and I want to get some feedback on my current setup. Here's my parts list: I'm going with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor, ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 cooler, a Gigabyte X870E AORUS ELITE motherboard, 128 GB of DDR5 memory, and a Samsung 990 EVO Plus 4 TB SSD. For graphics, I chose an ASRock Phantom Gaming OC Radeon RX 7900 XTX, and I'm housing everything in a Corsair 9000D case. I also have a bunch of case fans to keep things cool. My total budget is around $3924. Any suggestions or improvements?

Wow, that's a powerhouse build! Just a heads up, you might not need all those fans—most cases only need a few to keep airflow balanced. Also, 128 GB of RAM is really high unless you’re going to do heavy multitasking or use specific RAM-intensive applications. For most gaming and light tasks, 32-64 GB should be plenty!
I think it’s awesome that you’re aiming for such a large case with potential for a custom loop in the future! Just a bit of advice: while having many fans can help keep temperatures down, you might not need 19 fans unless you're planning to do serious overclocking. Plus, if you're mainly gaming and doing 3D modeling, make sure your GPU and CPU are the focus.
Having a big case does have its perks! It makes future upgrades easier and gives you room for custom loops. Just keep in mind that a lot of airflow might be overkill unless you're pushing your components to the limit. Are you primarily gaming with this machine, or will it double for productivity tasks too?
