I'm considering a new PC build after not having built one in about 5-6 years. Here's the link to my planned build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WQpVTM. I've heard some people mention potential thermal paste leaking issues with the 5070 TI, and I'm unsure which models are safe. This build will mainly be for gaming (like Oblivion Remastered) and also for photo/video editing. I'd love to get your thoughts on this setup and if there are any red flags I should be aware of!

I can second what TechWizard said about the MSI cards and RGB. Just so you know, the thermal paste leak problems were actually with the Gigabyte models, which they've claimed to fix. One thing to keep an eye on is your power supply; I'm not too familiar with Vetroo. I've always gone with Seasonic power supplies because they've been rock solid for me. But yeah, if you want a good gold-rated unit, it might cost you an extra $70 or so for a 1000W.
Overall, your build looks solid! You could save some cash by skipping the RGB on the cooler and RAM, but if you're into aesthetics, it’s totally fine to keep it. The visuals can make a difference, especially for first timers like yourself. Just keep an eye on how the inside builds up dust with that lighting setup! Also, the MSI card you chose is priced lower than others in the 5070 TI range but still gets great specs—just make sure you’re comfortable with that brand since you have had a good experience with MSI in the past.
I feel you on the RGB thing! Too much can be overwhelming, but a bit can definitely help with visibility as you clean. Plus, it sounds like you have a plan to keep the look cohesive with the RGB fans already in your case.
Thanks for the suggestion! I thought 1000W might be overkill too, but I want to account for other peripherals. Seasonic sounds like a reliable choice!
