I'm in the process of building a PC and have a budget of around $600 for a graphics card. Ideally, I'd like to keep it closer to $550 if possible. I'm considering both new and used options, so I'm curious about the best choices that offer good value for the money. Any recommendations?

Make sure to check local listings for used cards, since prices can vary a lot depending on where you are. For new, the 9060 XT with 16GB or 9070 are worth it if you find them close to MSRP. Otherwise, you might be stuck with overpriced options—unless you're lucky enough to spot a good deal on the 5070s, which I've seen retailing at reasonable prices in the U.S.
I agree with TechieTom123! The 9060 XT and RTX 5070 are your best bets in terms of sticking near MSRP right now. If you're considering used, keep an eye out for the RTX 4070 variants or the 7800 XT and 7900 XT; those can also be solid choices.
I was looking at the used 7800 XT or 7900 XT too, but hearing about the 5070's price has me curious! Didn't realize they were so affordable right now.
It really depends on what's available in your area. From what I've seen, people are leaning towards the RTX 5070 or 5060 Ti, as they aren't overpriced like a lot of other options. I recently picked up a 9060 XT at retail price, and I would definitely go for a 9070 XT if I could find it without the huge markup. If you're in the U.S., the market might reflect similar prices, but be cautious with used cards—they can be a gamble. Some folks upgrading from a high-end 40 series might have decent deals, but watch out for the delusional prices, haha.
Yeah, there are quite a few PNY 5070s around me for $550 at Best Buy, and I think they offer shipping too if that's more convenient for you.
Thanks for the suggestions! I'm definitely on the lookout for a 5070. Appreciate the help!
