I created an illustrated picture with ChatGPT, and it offered to animate it. I went for it, but now it's been a couple of days and I'm still waiting for this 5-second clip. I've seen various deadlines come and go, and I'm starting to wonder if I'll actually receive it or if it's time to just give up on this idea.

Give it about a week! The AI gets pretty busy. But honestly, if it promised something like that, it might be what they call a 'hallucination.' It can't really generate video, so those deadlines are probably just it making up stuff. Just a heads up when it says things like 'I'll have it finished soon!' that's usually a sign it’s just imagining capabilities it doesn't have.
