I have a 240Hz monitor, but when I play games in fullscreen, my FPS is capped at 120. However, there's no cap when I use windowed borderless mode. Does anyone know how I can fix this FPS cap issue?

You should check for any monitor drivers or firmware updates on the manufacturer's site. Sometimes outdated software can cause these kinds of problems.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot!

I did the updates, but it's still capped. I figured out the issue—I found out AMD capped my FPS without me realizing. It's super frustrating!

Make sure to turn off any options like V-Sync, FreeSync, or G-Sync. They can sometimes limit your FPS unexpectedly. If you’ve done that and still face issues, let me know!

I tried turning everything off and I'm still capped at 120. What else can I check?
