I recently swapped my GPU for an RTX 5070, but I'm still running into stutter issues. I primarily play with the lowest graphics settings and was getting over 90 fps with my previous card. Should I consider sticking with the 2070 SUPER and instead upgrade to an i7-14700K along with DDR5 RAM?
