Hey everyone! I just found out that Opsgenie will be shutting down its services in 2027, and we want to start searching for a suitable replacement early to avoid any last-minute rush. We mainly use Opsgenie for managing our on-call schedules and directing VOIP calls to the right people through a webhook with our VOIP provider. Ideally, we're looking for tools that have built-in on-call scheduling and work well with 3CX, but we're open to other options like Twilio if needed. We also need to send alerts to on-call staff, notify team members about service downtimes through tools like Pingdom, and manage work schedules, including temporary changes like sick days or vacations. So far, I've checked out Incident.io, Pagertree.com, and Firehydrant (which I found quite pricey). If you have any other recommendations for tools, especially for a small team of four but potentially growing, I'd love your input!

Hey there! With Opsgenie winding down, I recommend giving Rootly a look. We’re an incident management platform designed to streamline on-call processes and scale with your team’s needs. We’re even matching Opsgenie contracts to make switching easier. If you're curious about how migration might work, let's chat!
You might want to explore BetterStack. They're quite cost-friendly too. However, just a heads up, when I looked into it, call routing costs seemed high—about $208 a month for a single number. That’s more than any other platform I’ve checked.
Thanks for the heads-up! I’m looking for something stable, especially with my team’s limited budget. I'll proceed with caution.
Definitely check out Rootly! I found them pretty reasonable during contract negotiations, and I think they might match or beat what you currently have with Opsgenie. Worth considering!
Yeah, I get that! I was excited about BetterStack too, but their logging platform was unreliable for me—40% failure on API queries. They just said they'd get back when they sorted things out. It’s been months with no updates.
