I've noticed that the PNY 5070 Ti sometimes pops up at MSRP, but I'm curious if anyone has seen the 5080 being sold for MSRP or anything close to that. Any tips or recent experiences?

Honestly, I think tariffs and scalpers have messed up the pricing for most third-party cards. I haven’t seen any listed at their original MSRP for a while. The Asus Prime 5080, for example, is fetching about $1260 direct from Asus!
To be honest, I've noticed more AMD cards available at MSRP than Nvidia ones. Locally, I've only seen overpriced Nvidia models, whereas I stumbled upon some good deals for AMD recently. Scalpers are really messing up the market.
Yeah, I've only been seeing the Founders editions at MSRP too. It's frustrating.
Honestly, I'm just going to say no without much digging. It seems like people ruin everything these days when it comes to pricing.
From what I've seen, only the Founders Edition of the 5080 is being sold at MSRP. Best Buy gets some in, but they sell out super quickly. You're unlikely to find any other AIB cards for the $999 price point.
If you're looking for the Founders Edition 5080, I recommend using a restock app like HotStock. They usually restock every couple of weeks through Best Buy or Nvidia Marketplace. You gotta act fast, but it can happen!
I did manage to get the PNY 5070 and 5070 Ti at MSRP. It's definitely possible if you keep checking!
