How Can I Fix My SSD Cloning Mistake?

I wanted to clone my 512GB SSD to a 1TB SSD using Macrium Reflect, but instead of just cloning it, I ended up with my new 1TB SSD appearing as a D: drive while my old SSD remains as the C: drive. I'm looking for guidance on how to correct this and ensure all my files are on the new drive instead. What steps should I take to fix this issue?

Did you perform a full OS/system clone or just a simple disk/partition clone? Knowing this can help narrow down the issue. Make sure to use the "Clone This Disk" option correctly in Macrium Reflect—it should encompass everything you need!

It seems like you might have cloned your drive correctly, but your PC is still set to boot from the old SSD. Check if the D: drive has the same file structure as C:. If that's the case, try changing the boot order in your BIOS to boot from the new SSD or disconnecting the old one to see if that resolves the issue. If the D: drive is empty, you might need to clone it again.
