I’d strongly consider using Windows 11 instead of Windows 10 for a new build, since Windows 10 support has ended. The 1TB SSD will work fine, though game libraries can fill it quickly, so adding a second drive later may be useful.

Also double-check the exact Aorus B650 model, the memory’s EXPO support, and whether you need additional case fans or accessories such as a Wi-Fi adapter.
For this hardware, I’d lean toward a good 750W–850W power supply rather than 650W.
