Has anyone else run into Bitdefender GravityZone failing to install on a fresh Windows 11 Pro 26H2 VM when deployed through Ninja? The package downloads, but installation stops with an "OS Not Supported" error. The error's "here" link isn't clickable and doesn't provide an actual URL, so I can't check the supported operating-system list from there. I'm wondering whether 26H2 simply isn't recognized yet, whether this is specific to Ninja's deployment package, or whether the VM is contributing to the problem. A support ticket is already open with Bitdefender, but I'd like to know if others are seeing the same behavior.

This may be caused by the Bitdefender installer or SDK not recognizing the new Windows build string yet. Similar compatibility problems have shown up around major Windows feature releases in the past. I’d check GravityZone’s supported OS list directly and keep 26H2 out of broader deployment rings until Bitdefender confirms support.
Try installing the Bitdefender package manually outside Ninja first. That should help determine whether the problem is with Ninja’s deployment process or with Bitdefender’s OS detection.
I haven’t tried a manual installation yet, but that’s a good way to narrow it down.

We’re not upgrading existing systems to 26H2 yet; we’re only testing it on new installs. I mainly wanted to find out whether others were seeing the same issue or whether it might be VM-specific.
