I'm trying to prepare my PC for newer games such as Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty: Warzone. The system has a Ryzen 7 5800X, an RTX 3080 Ti, 32GB of DDR4 memory, and a 1000W power supply. I originally thought I needed to replace the motherboard because it doesn't have a physical TPM 2.0 chip. Is there a motherboard compatible with these components, or can TPM 2.0 be enabled without replacing most of the computer? My current board is a Gigabyte X570 AORUS Master/Aero G-style X570 board, and I haven't been able to find the relevant BIOS option.

A compatible X570 board should support TPM 2.0 because the feature is provided by the processor’s firmware. On many Gigabyte boards, enable AMD CPU fTPM first, then disable CSM and use full UEFI boot mode so Secure Boot can work properly. After saving the changes, you can verify the result in Windows by running tpm.msc. If it still isn’t detected, install the latest stable BIOS for the exact motherboard model and reset the BIOS settings before trying again.
The Ryzen 7 5800X supports TPM 2.0 through AMD’s firmware TPM, usually called fTPM. You probably don’t need a separate physical module or a new motherboard. Check the BIOS under menus such as Settings, Advanced CPU Configuration, Trusted Computing, or Security, then enable AMD CPU fTPM or Firmware TPM. Updating the motherboard BIOS may also make the option appear.
I looked through my BIOS and couldn’t find an obvious TPM setting. I can enable Secure Boot, but the guides I found made it seem like this board didn’t support TPM 2.0.
