You may be able to enter the modem’s admin panel and restore it yourself, but only if GRM gives you the correct connection details—such as the required WAN mode, VLAN information, and account credentials. Guessing those values generally won’t work, so contacting the ISP is the safer option.

Check the welcome or installation emails and paperwork from when the service was activated. Some providers include the connection configuration there. If those details aren’t available, ask GRM to re-provision the modem rather than changing random settings.

You’ll most likely need to contact GRM. A factory reset wipes the WAN settings the ISP uses to authenticate your connection, even though the modem may still broadcast Wi-Fi. Support can usually restore the configuration remotely or provide the exact settings, and this is often a quick process. Keep your account details and payment proof ready.

Once the reset is confirmed, the lack of internet access is expected because the modem has returned to its default configuration. The Wi-Fi password on the sticker only controls local wireless access; it does not restore the ISP connection. Contact support and avoid pressing the reset button again.
