Has Azure AI Foundry Updated Pricing for DeepSeek V4 Flash and GPT-5.6 Luna?

OpenAI recently lowered the price of GPT-5.6 Luna, and DeepSeek reduced its direct API pricing as well. However, Azure AI Foundry still appears to show the older rates, or the current pricing is difficult to verify. Has anyone seen the updated prices reflected on Azure's pricing pages or billing yet? If so, which region and subscription type are you using?

Azure’s public pricing page can lag an announcement by roughly two to four weeks because it is mainly a catalog. For the rate actually being charged, check Cost Analysis and filter by the relevant meter and product for the Foundry deployment. Customers using an Enterprise Agreement may also see the rate-card API update sooner, often within one to three days.

DeepSeek V4 post-training does not appear to be available on Azure yet. GPT-5.6 Luna still seems to be listed at its previous rate in Azure’s retail pricing data, so the reductions may not have been applied there yet.

It looks like the DeepSeek V4 Flash update may be waiting for a later Azure release. Some users are specifically expecting the July model or pricing update before drawing conclusions about the final rate.
