I accidentally installed Quick Driver while setting up MediaHuman MP3 Converter. Since then, I've been getting several unwanted notifications every day, often while I'm gaming. I've already tried uninstalling it three or four times, but it keeps coming back. Opera and Avira Secure Browser were also installed without me intending to add them. I'm worried these programs could cause problems over time because I rely on this computer for studying. What's the safest way to remove everything unwanted and improve my PC's protection?

The best long-term protection is being careful during installation. Don’t click through every screen automatically—use custom or advanced setup and decline optional software. For now, run full scans with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, then keep Windows and your browsers updated.
Revo Uninstaller can help remove programs that don’t appear in the normal Apps and Features list or that refuse to uninstall completely. After removing them, check your browser extensions, startup apps, and notification permissions for anything unfamiliar.
Run a scan with Malwarebytes, and if anything remains, try AdwCleaner as well. Windows Defender can handle regular protection, so avoid giving unfamiliar driver-updater tools control over your system. Windows Update and the hardware manufacturer’s official software are safer ways to get driver updates.

I’ll check those areas too. I didn’t realize unwanted installers could add browser permissions and startup entries.
