I'm looking for help on how to connect my motherboard that has a USB 3.2 header to a front panel that only has a USB 3 dummy port. What specific adapter or cable do I need for this connection?

If you can't find the right cable, another option could be to just upgrade your case to one that has native USB 3.2 support. That way, you won’t have to deal with compatibility issues. It's a good investment if you're planning on upgrading your setup!

You might want to check out some adapters online that can convert the USB 3.2 header to fit the USB 3 port. I found this one that looks promising: https://www.moddiy.com/products/6505/USB-3.2-Gen2-Front-Panel-Header-to-USB-3.0-19-Pin-Header-Converter.html.
