How can I optimize this gaming PC build while staying under £1,000?

I've put together a gaming PC build and would like feedback on how to improve its performance without pushing the total cost above roughly £1,000. I'm mainly looking for better component choices and want to make sure the case airflow, power supply, graphics card, and overall value are solid. Here's the current parts list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/F387vR

A revised parts list could use an ATX motherboard, a faster and cheaper 1TB SSD, a more capable graphics card, a case with substantially better airflow, and a higher-quality power supply. Moving to the Ryzen 5 5600 helps make room for those upgrades while keeping the overall budget under control. You might need to add case fans depending on which case you choose.

The RX 9060 XT 16GB is worth considering if its price is close to a 16GB RTX 5060 Ti. The extra VRAM should be useful for newer games and higher-quality textures.

The biggest concerns are the case’s limited ventilation and the power supply. That PSU has a poor reputation in quality rankings, so spending a little more on a reliable model would be worthwhile. Depending on the games and resolution you’re targeting, a 16GB graphics card such as the RX 9060 XT could also be a better long-term choice than the RTX 5060.

You could save some money by switching from the Ryzen 7 5700X to a Ryzen 5 5600. For a gaming-focused build, the performance difference is fairly small, and the savings could go toward a stronger GPU, better storage, or a higher-quality PSU. The 5600 also includes a basic cooler, so you may not need a separate aftermarket one.
