I bought a used PC that has an RTX 3080, and it reaches around 240 FPS while playing Roblox Frontlines. During gameplay, the GPU fans ramp up to about 80% and become quite loud, while temperatures reach roughly 73°C. When screen sharing at 1440p through a voice chat app, GPU usage sits around 65%. Is something wrong with the card, or are these temperatures and usage levels normal for an RTX 3080? I assumed the card would run much cooler because it is a powerful GPU.

Those temperatures are generally safe for an RTX 3080. The 30-series cards can draw a lot of power and run fairly warm at stock settings, so 73°C under load is not alarming. The fan noise is more likely the result of an aggressive fan curve than a failing card. Your case airflow sounds adequate with several intake and exhaust fans, although dust, fan direction, and cable obstruction are still worth checking.
You can reduce the heat and noise by undervolting the GPU. That lowers the voltage at a given clock speed, often with little or no noticeable performance loss. Tools such as MSI Afterburner can do this, but change settings gradually and test stability after each adjustment.
Roblox is relatively light compared with modern demanding 3D games, so high frame rates can still make the GPU work harder than expected. To check whether the card is behaving normally, run a reputable 3D benchmark for about 10 minutes and monitor temperature, clock speed, usage, and fan speed. If the temperature stays in the 70s and the clocks remain stable without crashes or visual artifacts, the card is probably fine.
I have not tried undervolting before, so I will need to look into how to do it safely.
