My Ryzen 9600X reaches about 95°C when running a synthetic CPU stress test. Reapplying the thermal paste did not change the temperature. My system has an Xigmatek AK6 Dual Digital air cooler, an RX 6750 XT, an Xigmatek Cubi case, and a GIGABYTE B650M GAMING WIFI motherboard. Is this temperature a problem, and should I change anything?

Assuming you mean the Ryzen 5 9600X, 95°C during a heavy synthetic stress test can be normal. These tests push the CPU much harder than typical gaming or everyday workloads, and the processor is designed to boost until it reaches its temperature or power limit. The more useful number is the maximum temperature during normal use and whether the CPU is actually thermal-throttling.
A stress test is specifically meant to drive the processor close to its limits, so seeing it reach the thermal target is not automatically a fault. If games and regular applications stay at reasonable temperatures, the system is probably working as intended.
The six-heat-pipe cooler should generally be suitable, especially if the CPU is running stock settings. If the processor reaches 95°C during games rather than only during an all-core stress test, check that the cooler's protective film was removed, the mounting pressure is even, the fan is spinning correctly, and the case has adequate airflow. Also check whether PBO or other automatic overclocking is enabled.
