Would a 600W power supply be sufficient for a system using an RX 9060 XT and a Ryzen 7 5800X3D? I already own the PSU and want to know whether it is safe to use, or if I should replace it with a higher-wattage unit.

In general, 600W should be enough for those parts, especially if the PSU is a reputable model and the rest of the system is fairly typical. Undervolting the GPU or CPU can also reduce power spikes, but it should not be necessary with a good-quality unit.
It should work, but there won’t be much headroom for future upgrades. If you already own the PSU, using it is reasonable as long as it’s in good condition and has the required GPU power connectors. If you were buying a new one, I’d choose something with more capacity for extra flexibility.

The exact make and model matters more than the wattage printed on the label. A well-built 600W PSU can be perfectly adequate, while a poorly made unit may struggle despite its advertised rating. Check its age, protections, reviews, and connector configuration. Efficiency ratings like Bronze or Gold indicate efficiency, not overall build quality, so they shouldn’t be used by themselves to judge whether it’s safe.
