I'm upgrading my roughly 10-year-old PC and would appreciate a second opinion on this parts list. The current plan is an AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D, Corsair NAUTILUS 240 RS LCD liquid cooler, Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX motherboard, 32GB of TEAMGROUP DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, a Gigabyte Gaming OC Radeon RX 9070 XT, a Montech XR case, an MSI MAG A750GL PCIe 5 750W Gold modular power supply, and three Noctua NF-A12x25 case fans. I already have storage. I originally considered a Ryzen 9 9950X3D with a Cooler Master Hyper 212, but changed both the CPU and cooler after realizing the original combination was not ideal. Are there any compatibility, cooling, airflow, or power concerns I should address?

For a gaming-focused system, the Ryzen 7 9850X3D is the more sensible choice than a 16-core Ryzen 9. It should perform very well in games while being easier to cool. The Hyper 212 would not have been an appropriate cooler for the original high-core-count CPU, so the 240mm liquid cooler is a much better match.
The revised list looks much more coherent than the original version. The main mismatch was pairing a powerful 16-core processor with a basic single-tower cooler. With the gaming-oriented CPU and 240mm cooler, the build should be considerably better balanced.
The parts look generally compatible for an AM5 gaming build. Just make sure the motherboard BIOS supports the processor, enable the memory’s EXPO profile, and check radiator and graphics-card clearance in the case. A quality 750W power supply should be a reasonable starting point for this CPU and graphics card, assuming the specific GPU power recommendations do not call for more.
