This is my third revision of a gaming-focused PC build, and I think it finally balances performance and aesthetics the way I want. It may also handle occasional AI workloads. The main thing holding me back is the 32GB of DDR5 memory, but current RAM pricing is outrageous compared with what I paid for the same kit previously. I would rather avoid spending several times more on memory right now and upgrade later if necessary. Before I place the order, does anything stand out as a poor value or potential compatibility issue?

32GB should be perfectly fine for gaming, even with plenty of browser tabs and other apps open. That RAM kit is the bigger concern because the price is extremely high. Look for a cheaper 32GB DDR5-6000 kit, even if it is CL32 or CL34; the real-world gaming difference from CL30 will be tiny.
You could save a substantial amount by choosing a less expensive case, motherboard, and SSD, then putting the savings toward the graphics card or keeping it in your budget. For gaming, a 5070 Ti paired with a 1440p OLED display should already be excellent, and it has the same VRAM capacity as the 5080 for occasional AI workloads. Unless you specifically need maximum 4K performance, the 5080 may be more than you need.
