The bundle is reasonable, but it is not an unbelievable bargain. Roughly pricing the motherboard at $100, the memory at $100, and the CPU at $70 puts it in the same general range as the bundle. If the budget allows, a Ryzen 5 5600 or 5600X would be a stronger choice because of the extra cache and PCIe 4.0 support.
For someone already planning to use DDR4, this is a perfectly serviceable budget build. The motherboard, 16GB of RAM, and included cooler make the bundle convenient, and the total value is decent. I would call it an okay deal rather than a must-buy.
