I'm planning a gaming PC mainly for Minecraft with shaders, Voxy, and general performance or quality-of-life mods. I would use the standard performance-focused setup for PvP without shaders. The parts I'm considering are an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler, an MSI PRO B650-S WIFI or Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX motherboard, 32GB of DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, a 1TB Lexar NM790 or Kingston KC3000 NVMe SSD, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, a Corsair RM650x or Seasonic Focus GX 650W power supply, and a Montech XR or Zalman P30 panoramic glass case. Is this a balanced and compatible build, and is there anything important I should change or add?

The parts are generally compatible and should be very capable for Minecraft, including demanding shaders and Voxy. The 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 kit is a good choice for AM5, and either motherboard should work as long as you select the Wi-Fi version. A 650W quality PSU is plenty for this configuration, assuming it has the appropriate GPU power connector.
For Minecraft specifically, the CPU and 16GB graphics card should handle your use case well. The main thing to compare is the actual price of the RTX 5060 Ti against faster cards available in your area. If the price difference is small, a stronger GPU could provide more headroom for high-resolution shaders, but there is no obvious compatibility problem with the current selection.
Make sure the case includes enough fans, since panoramic glass cases sometimes ship with fewer fans than expected. Ideally, use front or bottom intake fans and rear or top exhaust. Also check the motherboard BIOS version, enable EXPO for the memory, and confirm that the CPU cooler includes the AM5 mounting hardware.
