I was trying to fix my laptop's built-in camera and followed a tutorial that instructed me to update the camera driver. After doing that, the laptop started opening directly into BIOS and returns there every time I choose Save & Exit. How can I get it to boot normally again?

First, remove any USB drives or other bootable devices, then open the BIOS boot settings and check whether the internal drive and “Windows Boot Manager” are detected. If Windows Boot Manager is listed, move it to the top of the boot order, save the changes, and restart. You can also try loading the BIOS default settings before saving. If the internal drive is missing entirely, the drive may have become disconnected or failed, and the laptop will need hardware diagnostics. A camera-driver update normally should not cause this by itself, so the issue is more likely related to boot settings or the storage drive.
