I installed a new graphics card, and although the PC powers on, the monitor doesn't display anything. The monitor wakes from sleep briefly, then reports "No signal" and goes back to sleep after a few seconds. I've already checked that the cables and components seem to be connected properly. What should I troubleshoot next?

First, confirm the monitor cable is plugged into the new graphics card rather than the motherboard’s video output, and make sure the monitor is set to the correct input. You can also try reseating the GPU and checking that its power connectors are fully inserted. By CMOS, do you mean removing the motherboard battery and putting it back? I assume PSU means power supply. The new card is the same brand as my previous one.
