Inspect the LGA1700 CPU socket very carefully for bent or damaged pins. Those pins are easy to disturb and can prevent the system from starting. For testing, remove one RAM stick and leave a single module in the motherboard’s recommended A2 slot. Also disconnect every USB device and other unnecessary accessory.

Start with a bare-minimum test outside the case. Put the motherboard on its cardboard box and connect only the power supply, CPU, cooler, one RAM stick, and the CPU’s integrated graphics if needed.
