I recently installed an AMD RX 7600 alongside my Ryzen 5 5600G. Sekiro is only running at about 20–35 FPS on low settings, and it seems like the game is barely using the dedicated graphics card, even though this setup should handle high settings around 60 FPS. I have reinstalled the GPU drivers several times with a cleanup utility, set the RX 7600 as the high-performance GPU in Windows, disabled FSR and frame generation, and left AMD Chill enabled. I also disabled fullscreen optimizations and enabled CSM-off, ReBAR, and 4G decoding in the BIOS, although Smart Access Memory still does not appear to activate. Other games, including Monster Hunter: Wilds at medium settings, run normally. My system has 32 GB of DDR4 memory in two 16 GB sticks. What else should I check?

A completely clean driver installation with DDU may be worth trying instead of repeating the same cleanup process. Remove the AMD display drivers in Safe Mode, reboot, and install a fresh recommended driver package. Also install the latest AMD chipset drivers for the motherboard, since the Ryzen 5 5600G platform depends on them for proper PCIe and power-management behavior.
Since Monster Hunter: Wilds performs normally, compare GPU usage between the two games. If Sekiro shows low GPU usage while one CPU core is heavily loaded, overlays, compatibility settings, or a frame-rate modification could be interfering. Reset the game's graphics configuration, disable third-party overlays, and test with AMD Chill and other driver-level features completely disabled.
Check the memory configuration too. Two sticks are good, but DDR4 should be running in dual-channel mode with the intended speed enabled through XMP or DOCP rather than at a low default frequency. Confirm that the RX 7600 is fully seated in the main PCIe slot and has its power connector attached. Sekiro is normally capped around 60 FPS, but 20–35 FPS points more toward a configuration, driver, or hardware-detection problem than the card being too slow.
Make sure the monitor cable is connected directly to the RX 7600 rather than the motherboard video output. It is also worth checking Task Manager or AMD Adrenalin while the game is running to confirm GPU utilization, clocks, temperature, and dedicated VRAM usage. If the integrated graphics is still enabled as the primary display device, set the PCIe graphics card as the primary adapter in the BIOS.

I tried another driver cleanup and the performance actually became worse, so I may need to check the BIOS and hardware connections before reinstalling again.
