I'm not especially concerned about DLSS or frame generation—I mostly want smooth performance across current games without running into VRAM problems. Which card offers the better value, and would it be smarter to buy now or wait for Black Friday? Also, if I choose the RX 9060 XT, is a two-fan or three-fan model preferable?
