The Ryzen 7 3700X can bottleneck much faster GPUs in some games, especially at 1080p, so I wouldn’t spend money on something like an RX 9070 XT. That would be overkill for your resolution and a questionable match for a 600W power supply. Midrange cards are the better balance here.
The final choice depends heavily on local prices. Compare a new RTX 5060 or RX 9060 XT against used RTX 3060 Ti and RX 6600 XT listings. Just check the exact power connectors, card condition, and whether your 600W PSU is a decent-quality unit before buying.
