What PC Build Would You Recommend for 1440p Gaming, Streaming, and Video Editing?

I'm planning to build or buy a PC with a $3,000 USD budget. I want it to deliver smooth 60+ FPS gaming at 1440p for the next several years, including demanding upcoming AAA titles, without needing an upgrade soon. It also needs to handle livestreaming and video editing comfortably. I'm unsure how much VRAM would be ideal for long-term 1440p gaming. My requirements are 32 GB of RAM and at least 2 TB of SSD storage for a large game library. I'm open to either DDR4 or DDR5 if DDR4 would save money without a meaningful performance loss. I'd also appreciate recommendations for a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other useful peripherals. I'm located in the United States but not near a Micro Center.

Your location matters for pricing and bundle deals, especially when comparing parts from local stores. Since you’re in the US but not near a Micro Center, recommendations should be based on regular online and retail pricing instead of Micro Center-specific bundles.

I’m in the United States, but there isn’t a Micro Center nearby, so online pricing would be the most useful comparison.
