I have a spare full-size ATX motherboard that I'd like to use for a daily computer, but my current ATX cases take up too much desk space. I'm looking for a compact case around 23 liters or smaller that can still accommodate a standard ATX power supply and an RX 5700 graphics card. Keeping the price below $100 would be ideal, although I realize that may be difficult. Are there any models worth searching for?

If you’re willing to change one major component, switching to an SFX power supply opens up more small-case options. The Meshroom S can work with an ATX motherboard and a full-size GPU, but it’s not especially easy to build in and still won’t meet the under-$100 target. Moving to a Micro-ATX board would provide many more affordable choices.
That combination is extremely difficult at this size and price. Cases under 23L usually target Mini-ITX or Micro-ATX systems, and fitting both a full-size ATX board and a standard ATX power supply takes up most of the available volume. A low-profile graphics card would also normally be required in many slim designs.
You could look at the SilverStone Grandia GD09 or GD10, or the Thermaltake Core G3. They support ATX motherboards and are relatively compact, though they’re larger than 23L and may not give you the slim footprint you want. GPU clearance should be checked against the exact dimensions of your RX 5700.
The SFFTime N-ATX is one of the closest matches. It’s about 15L and supports full-size ATX boards, ATX power supplies up to roughly 180 mm, and a long three-slot GPU mounted vertically. The downside is that it costs well over $100. The Mechanic Master C34 is another option at around 21L, but it also typically costs close to $200 and has tighter limits around PSU and graphics-card length.
