I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 3600 XT with an RX 5600 XT and would like to upgrade to a faster processor without spending too much. Which CPU would be the best value for this graphics card?

A Ryzen 5 5600 is still a very solid choice for most people and should pair well with the RX 5600 XT. If you haven’t needed more cores so far, moving to a higher-core-count chip may not make much practical difference.
If you want a more noticeable upgrade on the same platform, consider a Ryzen 7 5800 or 5800X3D, assuming your motherboard supports it and you can find one at a reasonable price. The 5800X3D has extra 3D V-Cache, which can significantly improve gaming performance in some CPU-limited situations, while the standard 5800 relies on its normal cache and is generally less expensive.
What’s the actual difference between the X3D model and the regular version?

Just to clarify, the RX 5600 XT is my graphics card and the Ryzen 5 3600 XT is my current CPU. I’m looking for an upgrade from the processor.
