I'm planning a new PC with a maximum budget of €1,600 for the entire build. Gaming will be the main use, but I'd also like to stream occasionally, so I want a system with strong gaming performance and enough CPU or GPU encoding capability for streaming. I prefer a Lian Li case because I like the design, ideally one with effective dust filters or filters that are easy to install. The other components can come from any brand, since performance, airflow, and reasonable temperatures matter more than matching everything. I'm open to alternative Lian Li cases or a different parts configuration if it provides better value. Does the budget also need to include a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals?

Before choosing parts, confirm whether the €1,600 includes your monitor and peripherals. It also helps to know your target resolution and refresh rate, since a 1440p gaming build will need a different graphics-card balance than a 1080p setup. Once those details are clear, most of the budget should go toward the GPU, with a modern midrange CPU, 32GB of memory, and a well-ventilated Lian Li case with removable dust filters.
The build is for Italy, but I’m not sure yet whether the budget needs to cover peripherals. I’ll need to check current local prices before finalizing the parts.
