We're located in South Florida and currently use Comcast Business Fiber. Our school campus needs more bandwidth, so we're considering an upgrade and looking at AT&T, Comcast through Masergy, and other enterprise fiber providers. I've heard some concerning stories about Masergy and would appreciate recommendations based on pricing, reliability, installation, support, and real-world experience.

It’s worth checking availability from Lumen, Lumos, and Cogent in your specific building. Enterprise fiber quality can vary a lot by address, so ask each provider about diverse entrances, uptime guarantees, repair SLAs, installation timelines, and whether they actually own the local facilities.
Be cautious about assuming a provider’s reputation applies everywhere. One customer reported a Lumen outage lasting about 24 hours, so I’d ask for recent local outage data and escalation contacts before signing.
Uniti Fiber has been solid in my experience. They’re relatively easy to work with, pricing has been competitive, and support has been responsive. We’ve used them for more than ten years without major issues.

That’s helpful. I’ll compare the service-level terms and physical path diversity instead of choosing based only on the advertised bandwidth.
