A few hours afterward, the PS5 also began struggling with YouTube and then stopped connecting reliably to Wi‑Fi altogether. Today, both the 3DS and PS5 either refuse to connect or keep losing their connection. However, our iPhones still work perfectly, and an older PS3 connects without any problems. Nothing obvious changed with the setup. What could cause these two newer consoles to have the same issue while the phones and PS3 remain online?

Try removing or forgetting the Wi‑Fi network on the PS5, then add it again from the network settings.
