My PC has started freezing in most games, sometimes for as long as 10 seconds. The issue happens regardless of which of my three SSDs the game is installed on. I upgraded to an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB last year, and the system worked normally at first, but the freezes began before the upgrade had even been in use for a full year.
System specifications:

I have already tried enabling and disabling Resizable BAR, changing Precision Boost settings, switching between XMP profiles, using Balanced and Ultimate Performance power plans, undervolting the CPU and GPU, limiting maximum CPU performance to 99%, and increasing the page file to 32GB. Gaming temperatures are usually around 50–70°C for the GPU and 60–70°C for the CPU with the 99% limit, or about 80°C at full CPU power. The freezes still happen across different games and drives. What hardware or software issue should I investigate next?

The RAM configuration may be unstable. Try disabling Fast Startup so the memory trains properly, then test with less aggressive timings. On Ryzen, XMP can be less reliable than manually checking the memory settings with a tool such as ZenTimings. You could also test a 1:2 memory-controller ratio instead of 1:1 to see whether the stutters disappear.
The power supply is worth checking first. An aging or insufficient PSU can cause freezes under gaming loads, so the exact model, wattage, and age would be useful. Since it has been in use since 2021, it may be contributing to the problem.
That is possible. I do not remember the PSU model, but I have been using the same one since 2021, so I will check it.
