My monitor occasionally goes black for several seconds and then comes back. I've already tried updating and downgrading the graphics drivers, checking the display cables, and resetting the graphics driver, but the problem keeps happening. My system has an Intel Core i5-13600KF, 32 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070. What else should I check to find and fix the cause?

Try completely removing the NVIDIA driver with Display Driver Uninstaller while in Safe Mode, then install a fresh driver afterward. This can clear out corrupted driver files that a normal update may leave behind.
I tried a clean reinstall with DDU, but the screen still goes black occasionally.
