Whenever I resize a window on my Windows 11 PC, the desk or bed starts shaking noticeably. This only happens when using one particular monitor; my other displays behave normally. I haven't tried any troubleshooting yet, and the linked video shows the issue continuously without cuts or editing. The animated background is not the cause, since disabling it does not change anything.

If you’re using an NVIDIA graphics card, try opening NVIDIA Control Panel and changing the scaling setting for that monitor to “GPU” instead of “Display.” It’s worth testing because the problem is limited to one display, although this may not completely solve it.
Since changing the background doesn’t affect it, the next things I’d check are the monitor’s refresh rate, cable, and power connection. Try a different DisplayPort or HDMI cable, connect the monitor directly to a wall outlet, and test another refresh rate. Also make sure the monitor and its stand aren’t physically vibrating or resonating when the display refreshes during window resizing.
I tried changing the scaling mode, but it still happens.
