I play at 1080p, and even though I've done some research, I can't figure out why it's not performing as expected. For instance, in Witcher 3, I've seen videos of people with the same GPU and CPU getting close to 100% utilization, while I'm barely reaching half of that and getting significantly lower FPS. I've checked everything—temperatures are fine (staying under 65°C), vertical sync is off, and my display settings in Windows are set to 144Hz, so there's no frame rate cap. I've even compared setups on YouTube that are supposed to be similar to mine but can't find a solution. Any suggestions on what I can do to improve this situation?
