Every other device in the house uses the Wi-Fi normally, but one iPad frequently buffers videos, takes a long time to load shows, and disconnects from Zoom meetings. The iPad connects to a phone hotspot without any trouble. I've already reset its network settings, reset the iPad, forgotten and rejoined the home network, tried both Wi-Fi bands, and manually set the DNS to 1.1.1.1, but the problem continues. What else could be causing this?

Have you tried forgetting the home network on the iPad and then connecting to it again? That can clear out a corrupted saved Wi-Fi profile.

Yes, I tried forgetting and reconnecting to the network, but unfortunately it didn’t fix the problem.
