Hey everyone! I'm a gamer from Colombia and I'm looking to build a PC that can handle 1440p gaming smoothly. I want to run games like Wukong at over 60fps on high settings, and also play Cyberpunk and Stalker 2. Import charges make it tricky since anything over $200 USD can hit my wallet hard, so I have a couple of questions:
1. For the CPU, I'm considering the Ryzen 5 9600X priced at $178 without import fees. Would this be a good buy, or should I save up for the Ryzen 7 7700X, which starts at $308 due to import costs?
2. Regarding the GPU, I'm looking at the ZOTAC 5070 ti for $1095. Is that worth it, or should I opt for something like the GIGABYTE 9070XT at $979, or the ASUS 5070 12GB at $746 instead?
Feel free to check out the parts I've already ordered [here](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JyggyW) (my monitor is a Z-Edge QHD 1440P 165Hz). I'd appreciate any suggestions! Thanks a lot, sending love from Latin America!

Honestly, might want to reconsider going for 1440p with your budget. Just a thought before you dive in!
What’s the price on the 9070 without the XT version? That might help you save a bit more if it’s cheaper for you.
For your CPU, I'd say go for the 9600X. It's actually a bit faster than the 7700X when gaming, and it doesn't run as hot. You're getting a solid performance for the price without those import fees.
Wow, can you clarify where the 7700X has an edge then?
If possible, try to find the non X version of the 9600. You have a good chance of hitting similar clock speeds and it could save you some cash.
I get that, but it seems like there aren't any non X 9600 available in my market right now.
Honestly, I'd recommend the 9070XT as the best value option. It gives you great performance without breaking the bank. Just beware that the 5070 ti is quite pricey!
Thanks for the tip! Do you prefer any specific brands like Sapphire or Gigabyte?
Looks like it's around $830 to $850, but the import charges are also a killer, about $160.
