Advice Needed for Building a Budget Gaming PC

Hey everyone! I know there are tons of threads like this, but I could really use some guidance. I'm currently using a budget PC that's around 5-6 years old. It runs some games smoothly at 60-100fps, but I struggle with others, so I've decided to build a new rig from scratch. I'm gaming at 1080p and play a variety of titles such as Minecraft, Rainbow Six Siege, War Thunder, Red Dead Redemption, and GTA.

I'm aware of RAM prices, so I'm planning to use my existing 2x8GB DDR4. My budget is around 750-930 EUR. Here's what I've figured out so far:
- Intel 12400F or 13400F
- B760M motherboard
- An RTX 3050, or maybe a 5060 if my budget allows
- A decent 1TB SSD (nothing fancy)

If you have any better suggestions, I'd love to hear them! Thanks so much, and happy holidays if you're reading this during Christmas! 🎄

You might want to think about an AM4 build! You can get something decent for under 1000€ that can handle most games at high frame rates. 😁

Sure, but I’ve heard about issues with AMD hardware; a couple of my friends had problems with their graphics cards and processors.

Have you considered the 12600KF with an RTX 3060 Ti? That combo used to work really well for me at 1080p, giving solid performance across a range of games!
