Advice Needed for Buying My First Gaming PC

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for my very first gaming PC and I could really use some advice. I'm aiming for a mid-range setup but honestly, I'm pretty clueless about the different GPUs and CPUs. I checked out some models at Microcenter and Best Buy, and they both had systems featuring the Nvidia GeForce 5070. However, the online reviews I found are pretty mixed, suggesting that the 5070 might not be the best choice. I'm looking to get the most value for my money and plan to play games like Forza Horizon and Hogwarts Legacy. Any recommendations or thoughts?

The 5070s can definitely hold their own! If you can stretch your budget a bit, the 5070ti is even better. You should be able to run almost any game, including Hogwarts Legacy, at max settings and 1440p without issues.

The 5070 should be just fine for what you're looking to play. By the way, what's your budget? Are you considering prebuilt PCs or would you consider building one yourself?
