Hey everyone! I'm working on setting up a local training and call center with 25 PCs and VoIP phones (specifically Avaya J179). I'm aware that the IP phones rely on Ethernet, but I'm uncertain whether the PCs need to be connected the same way since my boss hasn't made that clear.

I could use some guidance on which phone system to implement and how to monitor the PCs' usage logs—like app usage and browsing history—to restrict installations. I've been advised to consider using Windows Server and Active Directory for this.

Currently, I'm thinking of setting up one admin account per PC alongside a standard local account for users, plus AnyDesk for remote support. Any expert tips or best practices would really help!

Also, can I daisy chain the PCs if they need Ethernet connections?

Just a side note: I'm a 3rd-year IT student who's part-time working here through a scholarship, so I'm still figuring things out.
