I've been a Premium user on Telegram for four years, but my account has been restricted since December 25, 2025. I've reached out through five emails to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] with detailed explanations and proof of my identity, but I've yet to receive a single response. I suspect this restriction is due to some old private content that wasn't shared publicly. This account is really important to me; it holds years' worth of chats and contacts. Has anyone ever faced a similar restriction with Telegram? I'm looking for effective ways to escalate this issue and hear any success stories you might have.

It sounds super frustrating not getting any replies from Telegram support. I've had a similar experience where I was stuck for a while. What worked for me was using social media. I tweeted at them mentioning my issue and tagging their official account. Sometimes they respond faster that way!
Honestly, if they don't unban you soon, the best option might just be to create a new account. It's not ideal, but sometimes these things don't get resolved. Just make sure you keep backups of your important chats in the future!
I've seen some others mention that they had better luck using different emails than the ones provided. Maybe try using a support forum to get in touch with other users or even tech influencers who could raise awareness about your situation.
Good idea! I'll look into forums and see if I can reach out to anyone who might have more influence.

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely try reaching out via Twitter. Here's hoping it gets their attention.
