I'm in a bit of a bind. One of my Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5 RAM sticks has unexpectedly stopped functioning. I'm wondering if I can get it replaced under warranty, and I'm also curious about what exactly Corsair's limited lifetime warranty includes. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Just a heads-up, before you contact Corsair, make sure it’s definitely the RAM and not the motherboard slot that's the issue. I had a faulty RAM slot once and it made me think the RAM was the problem. Test it in different slots if you haven't already!
It sounds frustrating! Generally, you should check directly with Corsair for warranty claims. They’re the best source for accurate information, especially since policies can differ.
If Corsair isn't readily available in your country and you're having trouble getting support, maybe try reaching out through their social media? Sometimes that route can yield quicker responses.
