Hey everyone! I'm pretty new to building PCs and have done a bit of research, although I still have a lot to learn. I've created a part list for my build, which you can check out here: [PCPartPicker Link](https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/user/Vedye/saved/qWs3Hx). I'd really appreciate any general comments or advice on my selection.
Specifically, I'm curious about which monitor would pair best with my CPU and GPU combo. I'm okay with 1080p gaming but I'm hoping this setup will last me a while.
Also, I'm a bit lost on PSUs and coolers, so any insights on those would be super helpful. Is there anything else I should be considering as I plan this out? Thanks a ton for your help!

I took a look at your list and made some adjustments. I trimmed down the CPU to something more budget-friendly and upgraded your GPU to a better option. Here’s the modified part list: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/KfmWC8).
Here's a quick rundown:
- Changed to an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X for better price-to-performance.
- For the GPU, I picked a nicer option that will future-proof your gaming experience.
- I also made sure the cooler and PSU will keep everything running smoothly.
Your total comes to around €1698.01, but you’ll get a significant performance boost!
I reworked your list too, and honestly, I think you can get better performance without breaking the bank. I swapped out for a slightly weaker CPU to allocate more budget for a solid GPU. The X3D CPUs are great, but maybe they’re overkill for your needs right now. Plus, I found a better NVMe drive that won’t just snag the latest brand names. Overall, same price, better performance!
Thanks for the suggestions! What was your reasoning behind choosing the Ryzen 5 over some of the higher-end CPUs? I’m trying to understand the thought process behind it.
